Private non-profit organization offering study abroad programs (not
necessarily for academic credit) in 20 countries. Cheaper than other privately
offered programs. The programs are not only for college students but also for
working adults, retirees, and other non-students.

Organizes over 100 study abroad programs via 20 academic study centers in
17 countries.

Private company offering combination study and internship programs,
including marketing and business-oriented courses. Limited number of
countries, and a guaranteed work placement. Pricey.
British Universities North America Club (BUNAC) - www.bunac.com
Offer short term visas for work in “vacation style” jobs such as bartending or
au-pairing.
Center for International Education Exchange (CIEE) - www.ciee.org
In addition to study abroad programs, CIEE also offers short term work visas
for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Ireland and Germany. Check

Non-profit organization offering a variety of work and internship placements
for students and non-students, in teaching, au pairing and volunteer work.
